Cleanup unused Configure symbols.
- d_modfl_pow32_bug
- filesystem stat
- sendmsg/recvmsg

Use I_SYS_POLL.

Add a script for doing this kind of symbol cross-referencing.

There are plenty of remaining unused symbols, but these were
just some of the easy ones.
