Remove accidentally-reintroduced WinCE workaround

This was removed when Windows CE was support was removed in commit
79c32fc2889bdbdf21cb378e1628a84867a3ffcc but was accidentally
reintroduced in d2c9cb5392e8c58c3bb1935fc3c098737224567c.
