[perl #109104] File::Copy: Turn off ‘newline’ warnings

These warnings exist to catch file operations on unchomped file names.
But File::Copy should not be triggering them, otherwise it produces
warnings for every copy("foo/bar\n", "baz/bar\n"), with no (easy) way
to suppress the warning, as warnings are lexical.

I don’t know how to test this portably.
