If you call configure as C<./Configure> or C<sh ./Configure>,
$src is set to the absolute path name, not '.'.
This, in turn, means -Dmksymlink tries to do its stuff because
it does not think it is in the src directory.

Simplify the getpagesize() unit by dropping the
pagesize probe since it's nowadays slightly more
complicated because of sysconf(). (Note: if some
