Fcntl: more O_ constants, move SEEK_ to @EXPORT_OK
(tag :seek), add S_I constants (and functions) (tag :mode);
refer only to the SEEK_ of Fcntl, not the ones from
POSIX or IO::; add SHUT_ to Socket; get trigonometric
functions from Math::Trig instead of POSIX.
